Settle – Help

How do I cancel?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Settle → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Settle → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → select the purchase → Request a refund. If something went wrong, write to us and we will help.

I paid but I do not see Pro

Open Settle → You → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

When does my free trial end?

Seven days after you start it. Settle reminds you 2 days before if notifications are allowed. You can see the date in your store subscriptions.

How do I add the widget?

iPhone Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen → Customize → Lock Screen → tap the space under the clock → Settle. iPhone Home Screen: touch and hold an empty spot → + → search for Settle. Android: touch and hold the Home Screen → Widgets → Settle. Open the app once so the widget shows today.

Where is my data?

Only on your phone. There is no account. You → Delete all my data removes it. On Android, the app also sends a hashed device code and your purchase token to our server to check subscriptions (see the privacy policy).
